The 3*1260m3 blast furnace coal injection system in the north area of Hebei Jingye Iron and Steel Group signed a contract in September 2011 and went into formal production in December 2012. The coal injection system is designed to pulverize and inject mixed coal. It uses two vertical roller mills with a processing capacity of 65t/h to provide uninterrupted coal for three blast furnaces. Since the system was put into production, the mill processing capacity has reached 70t/h, which provides a powerful fuel guarantee for the efficient increase of blast furnace production.
