Deep purification of flue gas is carried out to further remove the particles, soot and fog droplets after desulfurization in flue gas. Generally erected at the top of the desulfurization tower to save space, super dust removal is categorized into the two processes:
1.Super defogging process - 2 layers of super demister, composed of gauze structured packing for absorbing and intercepting fine dust, is flushed with desalination water regularly, and the dust is controlled below 5mg/Nm3.
2.Ultrasonic dust removal process - The principle of washing, coagulation and acoustic wave coagulation is adopted to increase the collision of fine dust and other particles, and then the fine dust particles are removed with an efficient defoamer to achieve ultra-low emission standards.
