From March 5th to 10th, 2015, our company achieved ideal results in the trial grinding of limestone for the self-provided power plant project of Pakistan Fertilizer Plant.

The limestone powder of this project is used for desulfurization in the circulating fluidized bed boiler furnace. The particle size is required to be between 0.1-0.5mm, but ordinary crushing and grinding equipment cannot achieve this particle size, such as hammer crusher + Raymond mill with coarse particle size and output Low, high power consumption, high system cycle crushing and grinding rate, and the particle size of the ball mill is too fine.

After four experiments in the vertical grinding system of Andy Company, the particle size between 0.1-0.5mm has reached more than 90%, achieving ideal results.

In the next step, Andy will provide a 60t/h vertical grinding solution for Pakistan's self-provided power plant project.
